Charting Session with Instruction
Detailed instruction on the use of the chart plotter and personalized instruction on the boat on the day of pickup (approx. 3 hours for bookings in Germany that do not require a boat license)
Cruise literature
Even before you arrive, we’ll send you the Captain’s Handbook and the cruise planner. This will ensure you’re fully prepared for your vacation.
While you’re there, you’ll also receive our Törnatlas to help you navigate the waters safely.
Life jackets
You’ll find life jackets for the entire crew on board. There’s also appropriate safety equipment available for the little captains.

Comfort During the Cruise
Complete Inventory
Upon arrival, you’ll find a fully equipped boat with household and boating supplies, dishes and glasses, silverware, cookware, kitchen utensils, and a gas stove. Most boats also have a refrigerator and an oven.
Living Comfort
Electric light, running hot and cold water, shower, toilet, heating throughout the boat (in small boats, in at least one cabin)
Sleeping on Board
All boats are equipped with beds complete with comforters and pillows for the entire crew.
When you book a Kormoran or Aquino, you’ll also receive the appropriate bed linens, as well as hand and bath towels, for each person.
Deck equipment
You’ll find all the necessary deck equipment—such as lines, anchors, boat hooks, fenders, and safety equipment—on board.
In addition, our boats are equipped with large water and fuel tanks.
Services at the Home Port
Parking Lot
You can park for free outdoors.
! Please note: You assume all risk when using these outdoor parking spaces.
Berth
There’s always a spot for you at the home port. You can spend a night here for free at any time and move on the next day.
Supply and Waste Management
At your home port, you can dispose of the wastewater from your trip free of charge and refill with fresh water.
Wi-Fi
You can use the free Wi-Fi at your home port at any time. You can get the password at the marina office.

Starter package
On the Kormoran and Aquino, bed linen, towels and shower towels (according to number of persons), tea towels (2 per boat, 3- and 4-cabin boats: 3 per boat), washing-up liquid, sponge cloth, toilet paper (1 roll per wet room) are included in the price.
On Haines boats, Febomobil and Bunbos, budget boats, motor yachts and sailing boats as well as for the apartments, the starter package can be booked in addition.

Bed linen, towel, bath towel
Do you need more bed linens, towels, or bath towels? Please specify when booking (including on the Kormoran and Aquino, based on the number of people): €11 per set of bed linens, €2 per towel, and €3 per bath towel on all other boats.
Make the beds
Arrive stress-free. We’ll make up your beds for a fee of €3.50 per bed.
Pet
Would you miss your little one while on vacation? No problem. You can bring your pet on board. We charge €80 for the additional cleaning costs.

Tourist fishing license
Don’t have a fishing license, or did you forget yours? For a fee of €24 for 28 days, you can purchase a tourist fishing license on site.
Boat extras
Early arrival/late arrival
Would you like to get on the boat earlier or take a little more time on departure? For a fee, you can book an early arrival* from 1 pm or a late departure until 11 am.
* only for holders of the inland pleasure craft license

Skipper from Zeuthen
Skippers are required from Zeuthen onward in waters where a boating license is not required. The skipper will take you to the Senzig pier or to Lake Seddin and will also come aboard there for the return trip. From the pier, you can sail without a license to Scharmützelsee or into the waters around Teupitz. From Seddinsee, you can reach the waters around Rüdersdorf and the Spree-Oder waterway as far as Eisenhüttenstadt, or you can turn off earlier toward Schwielochsee. (Minimum booking period: 3 days; skipper surcharge: €100).
Please note: A skipper is not required if you are sailing one of the license-free boats Febomobil, vetus 915 or bellus 750 (15 hp/11.003 kW) or if you have an inland boating license.
Parasol
Would you like a beach umbrella for picnicking on shore? On the Kormoran 940, the beach umbrella is included; on all other boats (except the Febomobiles/Bunbos), you can rent one for €4 per day. (France: included on all boats except the Haines 1070)

In Germany you will receive a cruise planner and in France a canal guide. (Please note that the cruise atlas is provided on loan at the time of handover)
Berths
If you are traveling with a KUHNLE-TOURS houseboat, you can moor free of charge at the Hafendorf Müritz, Zeuthen and Niderviller bases.
Single trip
We offer a variety of one-way trips in Germany that are appealing to both beginners and experienced captains. For an additional fee of 100 euros, you can drop off your boat at a different port.

Would you like to barbecue on board instead of going ashore?
For a fee of 30 €, you can reserve a tabletop grill , including the initial fuel, charcoal, and lighter fluid.
You can also purchase charcoal and firelighters separately for €5 each.

WLAN/WiFi router
For anyone who doesn’t want to go without internet access even while on the water:
. You can pick up a Wi-Fi router, including a data card, for just 11 € per day at Hafendorf Müritz, Zeuthen, or Niderviller.
Reception may vary depending on the region – we therefore cannot guarantee complete coverage.
(The WLAN router is already included in the Aquino 1190/D and Pirates 1200 G/K boats).

Firewood
On the Bunbo 1160, a wood-burning stove creates a particularly cozy atmosphere.

Deposit reduction
Instead of paying a deposit of € 1,200, you can also pay a Book deposit reduction to 300,- € . In the event of damage, this €300 retention fee will be retained. To take advantage of this, you pay a small amount each day (see table).
The deposit reduction cannot be booked for cruises on the Elbe.

Final cleaning
If you do not wish to clean the boat yourself at the end of your relaxing trip, you are welcome to book a final cleaning service.
Nevertheless, we would ask you to remove your bed linen, wash your dishes and leave the boat swept clean.

Fuel
Fuel is calculated according to the operating hours billed. In addition to fuel, these also contain engine oil and gas.
Basically, you can expect fuel costs of around 220 for a week’s journey.
